With the adhesive tabs in the box, a set stays on for 5 to 10 days depending on how you use your hands and how well the nails were prepped. With a small dot of our brush-on nail glue, most customers get 2 to 3 weeks.

Yes. Remove the set gently with warm water and the wooden stick, roll the old tab off the back and store the nails on their card. With a fresh sheet of adhesive tabs the set is ready for its next wear. Sets applied with glue are harder to reuse.

Every nail. We paint, set cat-eye magnets and sculpt 3D gel in our Québec studio. That is also why some designs are made in small batches and why a colour can vary very slightly between sets.

Measure the width of each nail in millimetres and compare with our size chart. Sets come in XS, S, M and L with ten nails each. If you fall between two sizes, choose the larger one. Custom sizes are available through a custom brief.

Tell us within 10 days of delivery with a photo of the set on your hand and we send you 40% off your next order, so you can buy the size that actually fits for a good deal less. A gift card is not what you want in that moment — the right size is. Start it on our claim page.

Yes. A set applied with adhesive tabs lifts off in under a minute so water reaches your natural nail, and goes back on with a fresh tab afterwards. Many of our customers keep a spare sheet of tabs in their bag for exactly this.

Press-ons involve no fumes, no drilling and no acrylic monomer, which is why many expecting customers switch to them. The adhesive tabs are pressure-sensitive and solvent-free. If you have specific concerns, check with your doctor.

Not when removed properly. Adhesive tabs release with warm water and gentle rocking from the side. Damage almost always comes from pulling a nail off dry, so please never do that.

Orders leave the atelier as soon as they are painted and packed, and you get a tracking number by email the moment they do. If it is in stock it reaches you in 2 to 5 business days with Canada Post. Anything painted to order is made first — about 14 business days — and then ships. International orders take 2 to 4 weeks. For Canada, shipping is free on order subtotals of CAD $50 or more after discounts; below CAD $50, shipping costs CAD $12.99. Yes, we ship internationally. Duties and taxes at destination are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

No — opened or unopened, and that one is not negotiable. Every set is painted by hand, one nail at a time; nothing here comes off a production line, and a set that has left the studio cannot be put back on a shelf and sold to someone else. These are also worn on your body. We would rather make real handmade things and stand behind them properly than sell you something mass-produced you can post back. Standing behind them is our 10-day promise: if anything is wrong with the nails, you get credit rather than a shipping label.

You have 10 days from the day your parcel arrives. Send your order number and a photo through the claim form and we send a gift card for 75% of what you paid for that set. A broken or chipped nail, nails that keep falling off and a finish that came off all count. Nothing to post back.

That is a different promise, and a better one. Damage in the post is not wear and not your fault, so you get a gift card for the full amount you paid, for every set that arrived damaged, and it never expires. The one condition: tell us within 3 days of the parcel arriving, with a photo of the damage as you found it. After three days we can no longer tell shipping damage from wear, and it is handled as a normal 75% claim.

Because these really are painted by hand, one nail at a time, in Québec. When a set does not work out, that time is already spent — the quarter we keep back just covers the materials, and the rest comes straight back to you as credit. We are a small studio, and we would far rather keep you than keep your money.

One claim per order, whether that order held one set or five. If you order again another day and something goes wrong again, you can claim again — there is no cap on how many separate orders you can claim on.

Yes. Send a design brief with your size, shape, nail count and reference photos. We reply with a quote; custom sets start at $75 plus tax with a 50% deposit to begin painting.

Three full sets chosen by us in your size, length and the styles you like, for $50.99. What arrives is a surprise; whether it fits is not. Because it is already priced well under three sets, the 75% gift card does not apply to it — but the sizing promise does.

No. A subscription box is priced well under two sets bought on their own, ships free when the subtotal after discounts is at least CAD $50 for Canada or US$55 for the United States, and comes with adhesive tabs and nail glue — glue is the faster application, if you prefer it.
