Nail glue
For the week you cannot fuss.
Glue is liquid, and it cures on the nail. That is what makes it the strongest hold we sell — and why it asks for a little more care coming off.
Same prep, no shortcuts
Match all ten dry, push the cuticles back, file the shine off and wipe with the prep pad. Glue on an oily nail lifts at the edges within a day.
A thin line, on both
A thin stripe inside the press-on and a thin stripe on your nail. Too much glue squeezes out at the cuticle and sets there — less is genuinely more.
Hold ten seconds, then leave it
Press from the cuticle down, hold, and keep the hands dry for the first hour while it finishes curing.
Coming off
Soak. Never pull.
- Warm soapy water for ten to fifteen minutes, or a few drops of remover at the edge.
- Work a wooden stick under the tip gently, a little at a time. If it resists, soak again.
- Pulling a glued set off takes a layer of your own nail with it. It is the one thing that does real damage.
What it costs you. A glued set usually cannot be worn again — the glue stays on the press-on. And glue cures on your nail, with the faint smell that goes with it, which is exactly why some people keep to tabs. Both live in the shop because they do different jobs.
