What if it doesn't fit? Then we make it right.
We are a small studio, not a warehouse. Every set is painted by one pair of hands, so we cannot take things back the way a big chain does — but we can cover you. If something is our fault, we will not argue about it: tell us within ten days, show us one photo, and we make it right. Nothing to post back.

If it arrived damaged

Already broken when you opened the parcel? That happened in the post, not on your hands. A gift card for the full amount you paid, for every set that arrived damaged. It never expires. Within 3 days of the parcel arriving, with a photo of the damage as you found it.
If the nails let you down

A gift card for three quarters of what you paid for that set, spendable on anything we make. Covers a nail that broke or chipped, nails that will not stay on, and a finish that came off. Within 10 days. Full-price sets only.
If the size was wrong
40%
Off your next order, so you can buy the size that actually fits for a good deal less. A gift card is not what you want in that moment — the right size is. Within 10 days.

Counted from the day your parcel arrives — 3 days if it arrived already damaged. Your order number and which set is all we need to know.

A clear picture of the problem. For a sizing claim, the set on your hand. Nothing to post back, no packaging to keep.

Credit in your inbox
We reply within one business day with your gift card — or your 40% code — sent to the email on your order. Spend it on anything in the shop.

- Beautiful, but not diamondPainted by hand and made to be worn again and again. Still, gel is gel: a sharp swing from cold to hot, or a nail on its fifth or sixth wear, can lift or chip. That is the material, not a fault.
